Choker ... Hold both ends of lariat and slowly wrap one end around neck at a comfortable tension.  Adjust so that both ends are at similar lengths and simply make a loop and allow ends to tangle in front or twist and let them dangle in back (as shown). 

French Knot ... Hold both ends of lariat and fold the lariat in half by bringing both ends together.  Hold folded end on one hand and the ends in the other hand.  Wrap entire lariat around your neck.  Bring both ends towards chest and feed the ends through the loop.  Adjust to fit comfortably. For back jewelry as shown, twist and let them dangle in back.
